Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take longer than the estimates below.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Tracking, lost, and stolen packages

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. For packages showing delivered but not received, please contact the carrier to open a claim. We are happy to provide any tracking details needed to support your claim.

If your order is delayed

If we are unable to ship your order promptly, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date. You may consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.

Every pillow is inspected for stitching, fill, and print quality before it's packed. If it wouldn't pass for our own kids, it doesn't go in the box.

If something's wrong

If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo and we'll handle the rest — you won't be asked to ship anything back.
