SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES & COVERAGE
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take longer than the estimates below.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Typical delivery is 4–6 business days from the date of shipment.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times are provided by our carriers and are outside our control. Actual delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, peak shipping seasons, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Little Heads is not liable for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier. Late delivery does not entitle a customer to a refund, replacement, or compensation, except where required by law.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at littleheads92@gmail.com — we will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

TRACKING, LOST, AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. For packages showing delivered but not received, please contact the carrier to open a claim. We are happy to provide any tracking details needed to support your claim.

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
If we are unable to ship your order promptly, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date. You may consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.
